Replacement electrodialysis
Function:
(1) Perform a displacement reaction between two compounds that could not have been reacted through electrodialysis;
(2) Two relatively low value raw materials are synthesized into higher value products.
Application scope:
如KCl+NaNO3→NaCl+KNO3。
Water inlet requirements for electrodialysis system
(1) Inlet water temperature: 5-35 ℃;
(2) Influent SS: ≤ 1mg/L;
(3) Iron ions<0.3mg, manganese ions<0.1mgL;
(4) Chromaticity: colorless or with a light transmittance greater than 80%;
(5) Free from post flocculation substances;
(6) It must not contain highly polar organic solvents (especially ketones and benzene ring substances, with a requirement of ≤ 0.1mgL), oils, fats, and surfactants (≤ 0.1mg), and must not contain strong oxidizing or reducing substances (ORP absolute value ≤ 200mV);
(7) The concentration of all substances in the concentrated water after ED concentration should not exceed 80% of its solubility or experimental concentration limit, such as the concentration of calcium sulfate in the concentrated water should not exceed 1.6g/L, to ensure that the concentrated water side is not blocked by precipitates;
(8) Extreme liquid requirement: COD<100mg/L; SS<1mg/L; Fluoride ions<2mg/L; Sodium hypochlorite concentration<0.5%.
